The Natasha Richardson Story: When A Head Injury Proves Deadly

The death of actress Natasha Richardson, who died after suffering what appeared to be a minor head injury in a skiing accident, has highlighted the issue of when should a parent take their child to the emergency room. As parents, we've all heard that you shouldn't let someone who has hit their head go to sleep or to monitor them. But it appears this may not be as simple as it seems and that someone who appears to be fine and normal could actually be dying. CNN has a great story about when parents should take their children to the emergency room after a head injury.
